Valvet 3, Visby

The house Valvet 3 is just south of the church ruin S:t Lars at S:t Hansgatan. Part of the house bridges over the street with a vault.

Bore-cores have been taken in joists of the floor, accessible from the basement. In the 5:th beam from the west is a surface which has been interpreted as waney edge. A bore-core from that spot is dated 1232.
